Gluten Free Pancakes
Who's hungry for PANCAKES?? These guys are gluten free, high protein and vegan.

Quick Oats

Gram Flour
Chick pea flour

cup
Corn Meal

Baking Powder

cup
water

Combine dry ingredients
-
Add water and mix thoroughly

Using a 1/3 cup measure pour onto heated fry pan or griddle cook until bubble pop and do not flow back together.

Flip and cook a couple more minutes then check that both sides are browned nicely and serve.
