Gluten Free Pancakes

Who's hungry for PANCAKES?? These guys are gluten free, high protein and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour Chick pea flour
  • 1/2 cup Corn Meal
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Add water and mix thoroughly
  3. Using a 1/3 cup measure pour onto heated fry pan or griddle cook until bubble pop and do not flow back together.
  4. Flip and cook a couple more minutes then check that both sides are browned nicely and serve.
