These are handmade tortillas. You will need patience and time to knead dough, let it rise, form balls and a rolling pin to roll them in flat circles. Preheat a wide non-stick pan or griddle for cooking them. There is more information in the video and instructions on this page.

- 1 tbsp yeast
- 2 tbsp water temperature should be cold
